BMW has launched the new X6M in the United States.  American Event Services has partnered with Tents Unlimited to provide BMW with an amazing platform to showcase their newest high performance M series.  The custom arched clearspan tent has glass walls and ceiling liners.  American Event Services provided temporary temperature control to exacting European standards. 

American Event Services is proud to be a part of the upcoming Solheim Cup at Rich Harvest Farms.  As the LPGA's and Ladies European Tour's premier golf event, the Solheim Cup will showcase the best women golfers from The United States and Europe.  Crowds of well over 100,000 are expected for the week.  Attendee reservations have been made from 49 states and 11 countries.  The fleet of rental air conditioners, cable, power distribution panels, and ported sidewalls are prepped and ready for load in on July 15^th, 2009.  Our Project Management Team from American Event Services has meticulously planned the load in and set up of temperature control for each area.  Generator power will supply each 10 and 25 ton air conditioner via miles of power distribution cable and distribution panels.  Television coverage will be on the Golf Channel locally as well as Sky Sports internationally.

American Event Services is currently building 16 - 25 ton air-conditioning units for sale to a company that rents air-conditioners for special events as well as industrial uses. Each 25 ton unit is custom built by using a stock 25 ton Trane unit and adding a protective steel shipping cage, painting the units per the customers color requests, adding electric resistive heating capability and adding things such as volt meters, cam-lock connectors, phase monitors plus other custom features. While American Event Services primarily rents air-conditioning and heat for special events, military training, graduations, sporting events etc., American Event Services also designs, builds and sells custom air-conditioning/heating units to customers nationwide.

Anyone who has a desire for temperature control can understand exactly how necessary it can be. At American Event Services, we offer portable air conditioner rental for everything from hvac rental to commercial air conditioners. On one of our most recent ventures, American Event Services found ourselves in the middle of one of the largest book series from the 20th century (and even though it may seem too early to judge, perhaps the 21st as well)! Harry Potter has almost become a movement since its initial release, and this year a travelling exhibit has found its way to the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago, Illinois.

The exhibit, which requires a space of 15,000 square feet, was custom fitted with 25-ton air conditioning units. These units should effectively control the cool (they also have heat built in). The exhibit will last from April 30 - September 27, 2009. Although the museum didn't need to rent hvac or venture into dehumidifier rental, these are also services we provide that could be the difference in your event's success!
